Now that I am full out drooling, here is the easiest caramel you will ever make.
Place all ingredients in your blender (please make sure your dates are pitted). Blend until smooth. Done. Now enjoy with some sliced apples as a dip, over apple crisp or chocolate cake, frozen then dipped in some naturally sweetened chocolate, you decide. I would love to hear what uses you found for it.
